Our overriding goal for technology is to reduce supply chain friction (cost, delays, ambiguity) by enabling intellectual ownership of your extended logistics environment. We believe that technology is a tool used to achieve results, not an end in itself. Therefore we have optimized our technical solution on functionality, flexibility and exchange with our customers. We react quickly and respond in a fraction of the time and cost that is normally required for solutions with the same functionality. Yet our solutions provide excellent reliability required for round-the-clock global operations.
We have incorporated components that allow our technology to provide our operations and management teams with the information required to execute at the highest levels possible. Our tools allow us to integrate with all the “major league” and second tier systems.
We provide our clients and their customers with superb real-time visibility and event driven messaging, keeping them appraised of critical information about their supply chain via dashboards and the ability to query from any browser. (there will eventually need to be a link here to some examples of the kind of visibility we can provide – it will be the same visibility examples used from the Supply Chain Services visibility section.)
We handle advanced integration using a broad range of channels including XML and EDI to allow for the easy exchange of data between our systems and those of our clients, their customers, and our business partners.
